Minimizes Risk of Belt Failure

The unique construction removes gaps between adjacent pickets creating a sturdy construction that improves tracking. NokLok picket technology holds the strip flat against the rod, reducing belt elongation over time. The clinched edges lock the rods into the pickets, giving another level of strength allowing the belt to last longer than other flatwire belts.

PacTitan Pro

Durable flatwire belt construction engineered for harsh poultry, baking and snack applications including breading, battering, frying, glazing and transfers. Made with food-safe stainless steel material. Widths up to 60” wide. Can accommodate speeds up to 120fpm and 150lbs./ft. of belt width.

Same durable construction with 10 percent less weight. Available in up to to 256" (6,500mm) wide. Can accommodate speeds up to 200fpm (61mpm) and temperatures up to 1,650 degrees fahrenheit (899 degrees celsius). Material availability includes T316LSS, WRSS, T304SS, HCS and galvanized steel.

Offers variable width lateral openings to accommodate any product. Available in up to to 256" (6,500mm) wide.
