On April 22-23, 2023, Regal Rexnord upgraded Rexnord.com user account security to best-in-class protocols. This page contains answers to common questions and directions to resources for account assistance.

Why do I need to change my password?

As part of the proactive security upgrade process, Rexnord.com passwords cannot be transferred to the new, best-in-class security protocol.

I never received instructions. How do I change my password?

  1. Please go to https://www.rexnord.com/shop/MyAccount/SignIn and use the “Forgot Password?” function listed under the password field.
  2. After clicking "Forgot Password?" and entering your email address, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
  3. Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password.
  4. After resetting your password, you will be redirected to the Rexnord.com sign in page where you will use your new password to sign in.

I am not receiving a password reset link, what are my next steps?

Check your junk and spam folders for an email from [email protected]. Wait approximately 5 minutes, and if still not there, contact [email protected] for further assistance. Include your name, email address, and account number for expedited service.

Which credentials should I use if I accessed both RegalRexnord.com and Rexnord.com prior to the security upgrade?

Use your RegalRexnord.com username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” function for a reset on either site. A password change will apply to accessing both sites.

Will my purchasing options change?

If you had eCommerce access, your account purchasing methods will remain the same as they were before the security upgrade.

If you have existing purchasing authorization with legacy Rexnord PMC products, you will continue to purchase at Rexnord.com. These brands include Berg, CENTA, Falk, Highfield, Link-Belt, McGill, Rex, Rexnord, Stearns, Thomas, and more.

If you have an existing account with legacy Regal Beloit, you will continue to purchase via RegalRexnord.com. These brands include Browning, Century, Fasco, Genteq, Grove Gear, Hub City, JAURE, LEESON, Marathon, Rollway, SealMaster, System Plast, and more.

If you require updated purchasing methods, please work with your Regal Rexnord account manager to discuss possible changes.
