Customers around the globe in the aluminum and steel can manufacturing industry will benefit from low friction; a flame retardant, self-extinguishing material design; reliable performance; and more.
Rexnord FRPLUS Material provides customers with:
- Exclusive, self-extinguishing material — an exclusive offering from Rexnord, the material formulated to self-extinguish per the UL Standard 94 V-0 when the source of ignition or flame is removed.
- Low-friction material — requires little or no external lubrication to maintain low friction between the containers and chain.
- Engineered design for reliable and durable performance — offers stability in container flow and behavior during conveying; withstands chemicals and drawing fluids used in the manufacturing of cans; minimizes dusting; and our proven chain-sprocket interaction requires no take-ups while using a catenary sag to absorb chain wear and elongation.
