The Rexnord Thomas AMR coupling is ideal for heavy-duty, slow to medium speed applications, where high-starting torque, shock loads, torque reversals or continuous alternating torques are present. The open lug type center member provides ample clearance for assembly while minimizing the space required for coupling installations. The AMR coupling is available with a variety of coatings as well as compatible with a range of hub sizes. Typical applications include motor and turbine driven pumps, compressors, fans, synchronized rollers, wire feeders and blowers. AMR couplings are compatible with a range of hub sizes and available in 21 sizes ranging from 162 through 1550. The Thomas AMR Coupling is engineered to accomodate torque loads up to 3,124,000 lb-in and shaft diameters up to 16.0 inches. Rexnord C-Style Miniatures Thomas Disc Couplings
The Rexnord Thomas Miniature Couplings are a range of high precision couplings for low horsepower applications. The Style CC miniature coupling has both hubs inverted and designed to fit shafts normally encountered at a given torque range. Ideal for use where space limitations require close coupling of the shafts. The Style CA coupling has one inverted hub to accept a normal shaft and one extended hub to accomodate oversize shafts. The Style CB coupling has both hubs extended to accept two overized hubs with a larger shaft gap than style CA or CC couplings. The Style CBC offers clamping hubs that are integral to the coupling. The clamping hubs assure a positive fit on the shafts with no loose parts to handle during installation. All miniature couplings CC/CA/CB/CBC Available in 8 sizes, from 12 through 100 and engineered to accomodate torque loads from 1.1 lb-in through 700 lb-in. The Rexnord Thomas Series 54RD couplings are specifically designed as replacements for close-coupled gear and grid couplings, and where overall shaft-to-shaft spacing is minimal. Materials of construction are identical to the Series 52. Stainless steel disc packs are supplied as standard. To reduce maintenance costs, the Series 54RD is furnished with an axially split center member. This design permits the removal of the disc packs without moving the connected equipment. The Rexnord Thomas S71 spacer type disc coupling is a general purpose high-speed, high-torque coupling designed applications requiring spacer-type couplings such as ANSI, API and other similar process pumps. Series 71 couplings are most commonly used on motor, turbine and gear driven pumps, compressors and blowers and when specified can meet all API 610 or API 671 requirements. The Series 71 is characterized by a simple three-piece design with a unitized center member assembly and two piloted hubs, available as Black Oxide, Zinc, Cadmium or Manganese Phosphate coated.  The hubs are piloted fit to the factory assembled center member to enable easy assembly of components for better dynamic balance characteristics.  The center assembly 'drops out' for fast installation or removal without special tools.  4 & 6 bolt designs feature stainless steel disc packs with alternate materials available. The 4-bolt design is available in 2 sizes while the 6-Bolt design is available in 9 and 12 sizes respectively. The Thomas S71 spacer type disc coupling is engineered to accommodate maximum continuous torque loads up to 91,700 lb-in and shaft diameters up to 7.810 inches for the 750 .
