Training—The Key to Gear Drive Longevity
Knowledgable gear drive maintenance staff is key to gear drive longevity. The Falk School is designed to provide you with basic understanding of the fundamentals of gear drive disassembly and assembly. This includes lubrication issues and a basic introduction into the troubleshooting of gears, bearings, shafts and seals. Hands-on sessions feature right angle, parallel, and concentric shaft drives, complete with bearing adjustments and setting contact for spiral gears.
