RTSSM – Rexnord Technical Services has over 30 years of experience as a mechanical and materials engineering services laboratory, with its roots in aerospace and industrial technology.
Our staff of highly trained engineers, technicians, metallurgist, and chemist, along with support personnel, is continuously striving for better ways, through equipment upgrades and new technical approaches, to meet our clients’ needs at competitive rates.
RTS is an accredited independent testing laboratory:
• A2LA Laboratory Certification (1994)
• Certified Laboratory for the Defense Industrial Supply Center (1990)
• The National Marine Manufacturers Association National Resin Certification Laboratory (1990)
Confidentiality
As a matter of policy, RTS maintains all clients’ project information internally confidential. If desired, Non-Disclosure Agreements can be executed with the client. In addition, we operate as a fully independent operating unit of Rexnord Industries, LLC.
Quality Control
One of RTS’ underlying principles is that our reputation rises and falls with the quality of our data; therefore, considerable effort is expended to insure the highest level in all operations. To guide and maintain this standard, RTS has prepared, and continuously upgrades, an internal Quality Assurance Manual. Within this manual, procedures are available to cover Equipment Calibration & Verification, Project Peer Reviews, Document Control, Corrective Actions and Root Cause, and Quality Audits to name a few.
