• If a return is required due to a Rexnord error, please contact your CustomerCare Team.
• If you are a US Industrial Distributor:
1. Please consult the Rexnord US Industrial Distributor Return Policy (100-004).
2. Send return information to your CustomerCare Team.
• If you are not an industrial distributor or are not located in the U.S., contact your Rexnord Sales Representative.
These Returns will be addressed on a case by case basis.
