Such reports are filed in accordance with the terms of the indentures governing the publicly traded senior and senior subordinated notes co-issued by these entities.

Rexnord Corporation (Rexnord) is the ultimate parent company of RBS Global, Inc. and Rexnord LLC. Rexnord was formed on July 21, 2006, in connection with the sale of RBS Global, Inc. from The Carlyle Group (our prior majority equity owner) to Apollo Management, L.P. (our current majority equity owner).
