Sales Engineering Leadership Development Program
Our objective is to organically develop talent within the Sales function at Rexnord with the Sales, Engineering and Leadership (SEALs) program to support our business prospectively. In this 9-12 month rotational program, participants will develop a business oriented, cross functional understanding of Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within Sales, Engineering and Marketing. The program’s focus is on building the core business and technical skills needed to create the foundation for a successful career. It is a progressive and challenging program that provides associates a breadth of unique experiences in various aspects of Engineering, Sales and Marketing that will shape you into the leaders of the future. The SEALs candidate will have a Engineering, Sales and Marketing leader or mentor associated with each rotation and will be assigned to projects and will be held accountable for his/her work.
Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
Our objective is to organically develop talent within the Supply Chain function in Rexnord to support our business prospectively. Participants will develop a business oriented, cross functional understanding of Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within Supply Chain. The program’s focus is on building the core business and technical skills needed to create the foundation for a successful career. It is a progressive, challenging and fast paced program that provides associates a breadth of unique experiences in various aspects of Supply Chain that will shape you into the leaders of the future. Supply Chain Leadership Development Program candidates go through a challenging 24-month program that consists of four six-month rotations within four of five areas of focus, including corporate procurement, warehouse operations, transportation services, operational materials management and operational purchasing.
Technical Excellence Program
The Rexnord Technical Excellence Program (TEP) is a 20 month rotational training program focused on developing high potential entry level engineering associates. The program combines a “learn by doing” approach with career mentoring and select leadership and professional development training classes to accelerate associates’ early career development. Program graduates will have fundamental system level engineering competencies and a foundational business knowledge base allowing them to proactively make innovative contributions in any of the four core engineering functional areas across Rexnord. Over the course of the program, associates will develop these skill sets through four five-month rotations designed to teach fundamental competencies in each of Rexnord’s core engineering functional areas; Manufacturing Engineering, Application Engineering, Design / New Product Development Engineering and Research / Test Engineering.
Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program
For Accounting and Finance majors, this is a comprehensive development program that gives you on-the-job experience with a global company and the proven Rexnord Business System. The Leadership Development Program includes a two-year rotational program that will expose you to several disciplines within accounting and finance. We work with employees in the program to find the rotations that most closely align with their interest. Past Leadership Development Program employees have spent time in Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Operational Accounting and Finance, Corporate Tax, and Corporate Development. Mentored by a member of the Rexnord finance leadership team, you’ll gain valuable exposure to the practice and culture of continuous improvement, and an understanding of superior shareholder and customer value. The program is designed to expose you to a cross section of the finance organization and will help to create a well rounded base for your career in Accounting and Finance.
