Designed for newly graduated engineering majors, the Sales, Engineering & Leadership (SEALs) program is a challenging, 12- to 18-month program that totally immerses participants in a business-oriented, cross-functional understanding of Rexnord and its primary corporate and industrial sectors. Not only will you apply engineering principles to real-world product design and application issues, you’ll gain valuable, detailed insights into the industry, building upon cross-disciplinary communications skills, product knowledge, and high-level sales techniques. Upon graduation from the program, SEALs participants emerge with a career-forward advantage and placement at Rexnord in either a Sales or Engineering role.

Leadership Development Program – Supply Chain
Rotational assignments can help build the career of supply chain graduates in alignment with Rexnord strategic initiatives. Qualifying participants learn the Rexnord proven business system, take part in acquisition initiatives, participate in product marketing efforts and rotate through multiple company divisions to develop a well-rounded career. This is an amazing opportunity for leadership-minded professionals.

Leadership Development Program – Finance and Accounting
